شروط الإرجاع
- أن يكون المنتج تالفاً أو مختلفاً عما تم طلبه
- تقديم صورة واضحة للمنتج عند التواصل معنا
- التواصل خلال المدة المحددة أعلاه
استثناءات
- لا يُقبل الإرجاع في حال تغيير رأي العميل بعد التسليم
- الطلبات المُخصصة (كالباقات بأسماء أو رسائل خاصة) غير قابلة للإرجاع
